Serena has been in the hospitality/restaurant industry since 2012. Through the years she has worked on everything from private corporate dinners to large 200+ person celebrations. She started in the industry by working up the ranks in Las Vegas and gained an eye for detail and organization by working with high-profile clientele and high-volume conferences in Hotel/Casino Convention Services. Since coming to Fogo, she has realized her passion is in event planning and puts her experience to work for all clients from start to finish.

Nicole has been in event planning industry for over 20 years. She received her degree from the University of Nevada Las Vegas in Hotel Administration. She began her career as a meeting planner in her hometown of Chicago, she then moved to San Diego to work at a hotel in the catering department. There she found her love of helping guests make their events unique and special. After getting married, she and her husband moved to Las Vegas where she was a Group Sales and Marketing Manager for a restaurant right around the corner from Fogo de Chao. Her knowledge of the area and clients will be an asset to our team.
